Our Fees

We offer a competitive fee structure and the rates we charge reflect both the duration and complexity of the work we're doing for you. We also offer special rates for charities. Please get in touch for more information.

We're Manchester based, but will travel anywhere. If you are not within commutable distance, we will work with you to minimise any travel and expenses incurred - our aim is to save you costs in the long term, not to be a drain on your profits!

Once we understand your business culture, we'll ensure your HR policies and systems match it. We'll do some benchmarking against similar organisations, cost everything and of course, make sure everything is up to date from a legal perspective.

The Short Sharp Snapshot

We will identify your highest HR priorities using a series of diagnostic techniques. Once we're done, you'll get a report outlining our recommendations, which we will happily help implement at a reasonable cost.
